Returns management :

If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!

Please follow these steps to begin the return or exchange process:

  1. Log in to our online returns portal using your email address and order ID

  2. Choose the ordered products you wish to return or exchange

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Return all items along with the invoice or delivery note in question using the label provided.

RETURN CONDITIONS :

Returns and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer within 14 working days following receipt of your order. You can return your product and get:

a) a reusable credit for new purchases,

b) a different product,

or c) a refund issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the return.

Please consider the following exceptions that apply to our returns and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are neither returned nor exchanged.

  • Returned items must have their labels and be in their original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • No returns will be accepted after a period of 14 days.
