The selected items will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates during the ordering process.

Applicable shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the total price of your order and the country of destination. They are calculated on the site during the payment stages of your Order.

For mainland France, shipments are sent via Colissimo or Relais Colis with a tracking number and delivered against signature.

For delivery outside the European Union, shipments are sent with a tracking number. However, customs fees or other taxes due when the products are imported into the country must be paid by you to the carrier directly upon receipt of the product . parcel . These fees are not included in the price displayed. The related formalities are also the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.


As an indication, for mainland France, packages are generally shipped within 5 working days after receipt of payment, 4 to 10 working days for Switzerland and all countries of the European Union and 10 to 12 working days for abroad.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. These fees are fixed. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you. Delivery times are given for information purposes only ; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days.

So that these deadlines can be respected, make sure you have communicated the exact and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and /or intercom numbers, etc.). In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, LES KOKETTERIES cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s) ordered.

Upon receipt of your package, carefully check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery. You must immediately notify the carrier of any anomaly during delivery (damaged, torn or opened package).

Any anomaly concerning the order: missing product, product different from that ordered, etc. must be reported by email lab outique@leskoketteries.com within a maximum period of 2 days from receipt of the products.

LES KOKETTERIES reserves the right to split the delivery of the order if, for example, part of the order is delayed or unavailable. LES KOKETTERIES cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery not being its fault or justified by a case of force majeure.

Notwithstanding the above, LES KOKETTERIES cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, only reimbursement of the Product being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
