If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!
You have fourteen days from receipt of the package to withdraw.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE:
Returns are made with the prior agreement of LES KOKETTERIES, under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned new in perfect condition, showing no visible signs of use or wear.
- Items must have their labels attached and be in their original packaging.
- The shoes must not have any marks on the soles.
- Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer via Colissimo.
- Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the return in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds are made via the payment method used when ordering.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted after a period of 14 working days.

ITEM EXCHANGE: Please note below the information (reference, size and color) of the new desired item. This item must be the same price or less than the item being returned. will send you the new item according to availability and at no additional cost.
